Co-directed an action research project to develop a community savings program for an association of female textile workers in the remote rural village of Choqueconcha, Peru. Conducted SWOT analysis through action research in the field, identifying most desirable method for matching strengths to opportunities for addressing the key problems. Interviewed multiple stakeholders and facilitated group of 15 women in various exercises including resource flow, interest in saving and future visioning. Designed an in-depth utilization-focused evaluation framework based on project’s theory of change and synthesis of other successful models’ best practices.
